Plastic border timbers with a rock-themed finish bring a unique look to your playground and garden. Our rock-finish borders are made from sturdy roto-molded plastic. And they have 2 themes that you can use: stacked stone on one side, and river stone on the other. They're also easy to install, using just a mallet or sledgehammer.
Give your playground or garden the appearance of rock wall without building a real one. Each timber has 2 sides, so you can choose between a stacked stone theme or a river stone theme. And they're easy to put in -- no expertise needed! The ends overlap, and the timbers are fastened with 24-inch galvanized spikes that drive into the ground. Just line them up and drive the spikes with a mallet or sledgehammer.	The plastic timbers are made from hollow polyethylene. Inside, they have molded-in ribs, which add strength. 48" long x 8" tall. (Note: Only 42" of the border's 48" length is exposed. 6" connects into the next timber.) Grey stone only.

Get the appearance of stone without the cost and effort of building a real stone wall. These plastic borders require no expertise or special tools to install. They're virtually maintenance-free, as well. They're supplied by Maryland Materials, a leading national playground equipment and services company. These timbers can be stacked 2 levels high, creating a wall that measures 20" tall.

The ends overlap, and the borders are fastened with 30-inch galvanized spikes that drive into the ground. Just line them up, slide in the spike, and drive it home with a hammer or mallet!

If you want to stack the timbers 2 levels high, just place them on top of each other and secure them in place using a longer 40" spike (included in price, but please let us know that you need the longer spike).

Each plastic border measures approximately 48" long x 10" tall by 6" wide.

The stone-themed plastic timbers are available in grey stone color only.
